"Easy Delivery" is a new local delivery service. You will receive an email notification after the mail is successfully delivered to the recipient's address or picked up at the designated post office. "Easy Delivery" has an online mail tracking function. This service is specially designed for the need to send small packets of mail (such as online shopping products) in an economical way.
Counter pick-up service -the recipient does not need to wait for the mail at home, and chooses to pick up the parcel at any post office at a convenient personal time.

"SF Self-Pickup Service"
In order to facilitate self-pickup, SF Express continues to expand its service network and provides self-pickup services at more than 500 SF Express stations, service centers and SF Express authorized service stations throughout Hong Kong.
SF Express will notify the pickup via SMS.
Customers need to pick up the express mail at the service outlets within 3 days after the notification of the pickup message is sent, and the overdue express mail will be collected by SF Express. Customers please call the customer service hotline to reschedule the pickup.

Precautions:
If you choose the Hongkong Post (Easy Delivery) service, if there are not often people at the receiving address during the day, we suggest choosing the post office counter pick-up service. Due to the mail delivery service, if the recipient is not present, the mail will be returned to the counter of the nearest post office to pick up the mail.
